Vahit Atakan, Rutgers University Vahit Atakan received his B.S. in metallurgical and materials engineering from Orta Dogu Teknik Universitesi in 1998, and his Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from Rutgers University in 2006. He is currently working as a post doctoral associate with Prof. Riman in Rutgers University where he focuses on hydrothermal and supercritical crystallization of ceramic oxides.
